WHO AM I?

One of the most touching discussions I recently had was with a 40 years old man regarding self-awareness. The man was at the peak of his career but he had no identity. He had no values and did not know his own character. He was lost amidst his success.

Human beings are made up of 3 significant parts: how they were defined by their parents, the emotional impact of the environment created by their parents, and that of their external environment. Every next level of your life will demand a different you, what happens when you get so stuck into what you perceive to be ‘the real you’, that you become resistant to change?
