We believe that a solution to Africa’s problems, which arise from poor leadership, can be solved by investing in teenagers. We believe that the lack thereof will continuously have a causal sequence on individuals, families, society, and Africa at large. As our future leaders, inculcating specific skills in young people can make them think differently, act differently and become highly intellectual and God fearing leaders. These are leaders who have credibility, compassion and are hungry to see Africa move forward. That’s why we provide self-awareness training and coaching for individuals, corporates, and schools.
We help individuals understand the behaviour expected of them to meet the requirements of various situations. We believe that for leaders to lead others, they must start by leading themselves. The only way they can effectively lead themselves is by knowing and understanding who they are. We complement the work of the schools.
Our training/coaching sessions are led by professional trainers/ coaches who have undergone a high standard of training and who are accredited. In partnership with Clarity 4D, we determine an individual’s mental capacity and behaviour styles through a psychometric tool. This tool uses four colour energies: blue, red, green and yellow to classify individuals and provide a sense of flexibility and dynamism in how an individual might respond to a range of situations and communications.
The philosophy behind these tools is that there are 4 dimensions in personal growth: 1st Dimension: the recognition and understanding of self; 2nd Dimension: the perception of self by others; 3rd Dimension: the hidden potential and the 4th Dimension: the time it takes to develop our potential.
Our courses include and are not limited to: communication skills, mental health, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, customer service, organization behaviour, team building, and leadership training. We guarantee our clients, that at the end of the training, they will get to understand themselves better, identify solutions to become more productive and gain a greater understanding of people and the techniques to cope and adapt socially. The training/coaching are available for different target groups from as early as 14 years.

A YEAR IN REVIEW
2018 has been a big year for Transolution Services. We thank God for His unending love and His guidance as we continue to develop African leaders. We are grateful to all the parents and participants who trusted us to lead them in leading themselves. We have been able to accomplish several important milestones during the past year. We successfully launched two training programs: Shifting Landscape and Discover You.
Shifting Landscape (SL): is a self-awareness and self-management training programme for young people between the ages of 14 and 20 years old. It helps them understand themselves and others better, and guide their thoughts and decision making.
Discover You (DiY): is a self-awareness and self-management training programme for young adults. Based on innovative techniques, the training derives from the need of young people and the demand of the market.
Under the Discover You platform, we initiated the Entrepreneurship start-up kit with the solemn aim to help new and established entrepreneurs acquire the strategies to invent and reinvent themselves and thrive in an ever-changing world.
In the next twelve months, we will continue our work in building leaders through our established talks, training and coaching programs. We will also strengthen our partnership with our various target markets through several planned activities.
